At Catodeer, every consultation, reading, and report is prepared with personal time, effort, analysis, and spiritual interpretation. Due to the nature of digital and personalised astrology services, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

No Refund Policy

Once a service has been booked and payment has been successfully completed, refunds will not normally be provided.

This includes:

  • astrology consultations
  • tarot readings
  • personalised PDF reports
  • chart analysis
  • career guidance
  • marriage or relationship readings
  • all other digital services offered through this website

Work Already Started

If work on a consultation, reading, or report has already begun, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

In such situations, the service may still be completed and delivered at our discretion.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in limited situations such as:

  • duplicate or accidental double payments
  • technical payment errors
  • inability to provide the purchased service from our side
  • refusal or cancellation of the order by us before work has started

For payment-related issues, clients must contact us with proper details and proof of transaction.

Incorrect Information

Clients are responsible for submitting accurate birth details and personal information.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • incorrect birth information submitted by the client
  • misunderstanding of astrology guidance
  • dissatisfaction based on personal expectations
  • change of mind after purchase

Delays Due to Missing Information

If required details are not provided by the client, the order may remain pending until complete information is received.

Catodeer shall not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or missing client information.
