Client Responsibility

Once submitted, details cannot normally be changed or corrected. If any information appears unclear or inconsistent, we may contact the client for confirmation before proceeding.

Incorrect information submitted by the client may affect the quality or accuracy of the reading or report.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated timelines:

  • computerized reports: usually within 3 days
  • personalized readings and detailed analysis: usually within 7 to 10 working days

These timelines are approximate and may vary depending on workload, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Pending Orders

If a client fails to provide required information or does not respond to clarification requests, the order may remain pending until the necessary details are received.

Catodeer shall not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or missing information from the client side.

Follow-Up Questions

Clients may ask one follow-up time after receiving their reading or report.

During this follow-up, clients may ask up to 3 reasonable questions through email related to the purchased service.

Repeated, excessive, or unrelated follow-up requests may not be answered.

Testimonials & Reviews

Clients may voluntarily provide reviews, testimonials, feedback, ratings, screenshots, or experience summaries regarding the services received from Catodeer.

By submitting a testimonial, feedback form, review, message, or related content along with consent, the client grants permission to display or use that content for website, social media, or promotional purposes.

Sensitive personal information, birth details, private conversations, or confidential data will not be intentionally shared publicly.
